The largest institutional investors in Norway and in Sweden have, in their respective home market, launched the Sustainable Value Creation Initiative (Bærekraftig verdiskaping and Hållbart värdeskapande). The aim is to influence companies listed on the stock exchange to develop sustainably while at the same time create long-term value for their owners.
Sustainable value creation means creating economic, environmental and social values.
